With Trylogy Tower Defense, Daddy Yankee becomes the first Latin celebrity with a video game to be used in computers or mobiles.

It was at the sold out Comic Con where a preview of his Trylogy Tower Defense game was featured before its official release on Black Friday, November 29. Comic Con attendees both young and old were blown away by Daddy Yankee’s newest venture into the gaming world. Gamers who didn’t even speak spanish were walking away from the exhibit singing along to Yankee’s biggest hits like “Gasolina” and “Limbo” and are anxiously awaiting the release of Trylogy.
The Trylogy Tower Defense is a 3D action video game of a genre known as Tower Defense Games, in which a hero tries to stop enemies from crossing a map by building traps to slow them down and towers from which they are shot at. On the Daddy Yankee game, the artist is both the hero and a third person character that is able to shoot.
